Available Courses Based On Defensive Pistol Shooting

Basic Pistol Courses

These courses are designed for the new firearm owner offering basic pistol courses. Beginning with the very basics of the firearm through the proper grip, breath control, trigger press, sight alignment and picture. To the stances associated with basic shooting and a discussion on the basic selection of the correct firearm and gear that fits you. This course is a prerequisite to the defensive pistol shooting and women's defensive handgun.

Basic Pistol / All Students

The basics pistol course for all students. From beginning in the classroom to qualification on the range. Classroom is available through Zoom. One on one with each student at an indoor range.

Women's Only Basic Pistol

$100.00

This is a USCCA based course specifically designed for women with a woman's outlook on the use of the firearm. Classroom and one on one indoor range time.

Private One On One Lessons For Basics Pistol

$45.00 per Hour

A totally one on one learning experience with the instructor on the range. This is good for those that wanted extra range time with the supervision of an instructor.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense

Curriculum more orientated towards defensive pistol and becoming aware in an unfriendly environment. These courses are designed for those ready for pursuing a concealed carry permit in various states. Completing one of these course will qualify you to apply for concealed carry permits in most states including WI and FLA. Please check the CCW permitting requirements for the state in which you wish to apply.

Concealed Carry Class

$100.00

Completing this course will qualify you to apply in most states for a CCW permit including Florida and Wisconsin. This course is taught by a NRA and USCCA Certified Instructor. Covers classroom instruction and range time. Firearms may be rented from the instructor to qualify on the range. This is open to all students over the age of 21.

Women's ONLY Handgun and Self Defense Fundamentals

Designed for the ladies, this course investigates things unique to women and the aspects of defensive handgun. Upon completion of this course you will be qualified to apply for a CCW in your state and others that accept the NRA and USCCA credentials. The instructor will work with each student one on one on the range and make recommendations on the type of firearm and carry technique the student wishes to use.

Concealed Renewal

$100.00

This course is priced the same as the original course due to the instruction. The student may be a renewal but the instructor desires to see that each student receives the ample amount of education that they did when they first were certified. All of the basics are covered but the depth into the defensive handgun and statues concerning a CCW holder are reviewed more in-depth.

Concealed Carry Emergency First Aid Fundamentals /CPR/ BLS

Emergency First Aid and Fundamentals covers wounds that are associated with firearms and shooting. The instructor is American Red Cross Certified in first aid, CPR and BLS. On completion of this course the student will receive an American Red Cross certification in CPR and First Aid. This course has an online component that is taken through the American Red Cross Learning Portal in which the student has to log on and complete before attending the hands-on classroom portion.

Emergency First Aid and Fundamentals / CPR

The CCW holder is obligated to know basic first aid in the event of an incident. This course will instruct the CCW holder on how to respond to emergencies both firearm related and not. Please contact the instructor before enrolling in this class.

Emergency First Aid and Fundamentals/ CPR/ BLS Private Course

Some students wish to have a private class session in which they can have family members, co-workers or friends join in the experience. The Instructor will come to your location and conduct the course on your terms.

Refuse To Be A Victim

A course designed by the NRA to bring public awareness to the criminal elements in our society and how to avoid becoming prey to the predators which lurk in our society today. Conducted in a group environment for all ages, this covers many aspects of how to keep yourself and loved ones safe from harm. This is a classroom only setting there are no ranges or firearms involved in this lesson, though we may discuss them.
